Administrative Assistant opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, direct hire role with our hospitality client and they currently follow a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite/2 remote). This role will support their Technology leadership.
Overview:
This role will focus on managing calendars, prioritizing workflows, coordinating meetings, and ensuring leaders are prepared with briefings, reports, and follow-up on action items. It requires proactive problem-solving, strong judgment in managing competing priorities, and serving as a trusted gatekeeper for communications and scheduling.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Administrative experience within a corporate environment with the ability to function independently with a larger scope of responsibility,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Copilot or other AI/automation tool experience, nice to have!
- Uses technology proactively to summarize information, prepare briefings, manage action items, and streamline recurring administrative work.
