Compression Source specializes in the buying and selling of used compressors, pumps, and engines tailored for the oil and gas industry. Additionally, we operate a machine shop dedicated to compressor valve repairs, serving our industry partners with precision and expertise.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining efficient office management. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver top-notch service while keeping our daily operations running seamlessly.

Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and providing necessary information to our customers and vendors.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer service
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Maintain calendar schedules, appointments, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Use QuickBooks to create Purchase Orders, Quotes and Invoices.
  • Support office management activities by organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and overseeing clerical tasks

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and team members
  • Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with administrative processes
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and data entry tasks
  • Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents and correspondence
  • Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
