Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Garment Coordinator and Front Desk professional to join our team at COMPRESSION OBSESSION. This on-site role, based in Sacramento, CA, involves managing front desk operations, coordinating garment ordering, tracking, entering fees, assisting with appointment scheduling, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will greet and assist customers, answer phone inquiries with professionalism, and maintain organized records to ensure compression garments are priced and ordered correctly, tracked and delivered to the correct location and fees entered accurately for insurance, co-insurance and self-pay.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Proficiency in phone and email etiquette and managing incoming and outgoing communications
• Experience in appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Competence in using Excel Spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail tracking multiple vendors and products
• Professional email and phone communication skills
• Skilled in accurate pricing and billing for multiple items in a single transaction
• Proficient in using office software and tools
• Capability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in accounting, retail, or customer service settings is a plus
