Position Overview:
Are you a skilled and confident sales professional with Air Compressor System, or related system, sales experience, but tired of Corporate America? In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, presenting solutions for compressed air and vacuum systems, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong technical aptitude, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide best in class customer service, to clients that value your contributions.
- Consistently grow conversion rates to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Drive Company Sales Plan
- Drive Company Sales Playbook
- Represent Compressed Air Power’s On-Brand Image to Ensure Great Customer Experience
- Leverage Technology Tools to Record Sales Activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technical field is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, compressed air systems, or other technical products.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex equipment and systems to customers.
- Proven ability to develop new business, leverage technology (CRM) to manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within an assigned territory (generally the greater Phoenix market) between 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., with flexibility to meet customer needs.
- Valid driver’s license clean MVD and ability to pass a background check.
- Must be able to relocate to Phoenix, AZ prior to starting the role.
