Looking for an OB/GYN sonographer that can provide the highest quality of services for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of women's healthcare needs and pregnancy.
Job Description:
- Performing diagnostic imaging ultrasound examinations according to AIUM and ACR guidelines for procedures and scanning protocols for OB/GYN.
- Is responsible for providing a wide range of highly technical diagnostic exams including but not limited to: OB/GYN, SIS, and FemVUE
- Samsung experience preferred
- Informing physicians of preliminary findings as requested
- Maintaining patient charts, entering diagnosis and billing codes, logging data into patient information systems and updating file systems for tests performed.
- Performing additional duties as required
Job Qualifications:
- Ultrasound background with a minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience required, specifically 3 years in the specialties of OB/GYN.
- Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
- Active certification by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
Required License/Certification:
- Valid ARDMS license in OB and GYN
- Valid NT/NB certification
