Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and screening children in the school setting for OT services
- Maintaining accurate, complete and appropriate records
- Developing, implementing, monitoring and review of Individualized Educational Plan (IEP)
- Maintaining a schedule which includes working directly with children and attending meetings
- Collaborating with the educational team to improve the child's success in the school environment
Requirements:
- Must be GA licensed Occupational Therapist or eligible
- School based experience, preferred
