Position: Hardware Design Engineer
Location: Chandler, USA (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Contract (May Extend)
Experience Required: 5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Design, development, and implementation of server hardware components (processors, memory, storage, network interfaces).
- Schematic capture, PCB design, board bring-up, validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (software, system architecture, mechanical, thermal).
Required Skills
- Server board design, Digital & Power Electronics, Microcontrollers
- Signal & Power Integrity | PCIe Gen5/Gen6, LPDDR5/LPDDR6
- EDA/CAD Tools: Orcad, Altium, Dx Designer
- Hands-on with oscilloscopes, multi-meters, signal generators, DSO, board validation and failure analysis
Good to Have
Experience with HPC, Data Center or OCP platforms
