📌 Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Hardware Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of hardware components for advanced server systems. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, thermal, and system architecture groups.
Responsibilities- Lead hardware development for server components including processors, memory, storage, and networking interfaces.
- Mentor and guide hardware engineering teams and align with industry standards.
- Translate customer needs into technical design specifications.
- Collaborate with system architects and engineering teams to develop efficient hardware solutions.
- Perform prototype validation, circuit bring-up, testing, failure analysis, and documentation.
- Server board design, Digital & Power Electronics, Microcontroller
- Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Digital System Design
- EDA / CAD tools: Orcad, Dx Designer, Altium, CAD tools
- PCIe Gen5/Gen6, LPDDR5/LPDDR6
- PCB stack-up & high-speed routing
- Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Signal Generators, DSO, DMM, FG
- Schematic capture, PCB layout & validation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in HPC, Data Center, or OCP (Open Compute Platform) environments
