Credentialing Supervisor
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Credentialing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and experience leading or supervising a team, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Credentialing experience is not required—we will provide full training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a small team handling provider credentialing and re-credentialing tasks
- Monitor workflow, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
- Communicate with providers, payors, and internal departments to facilitate credentialing processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with training team members
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare experience required (medical office, billing, insurance, or clinical setting preferred)
- Supervisory or leadership experience is required
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
