Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting healthcare providers during consultation.
• Perform medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of pediatric immunization and adhere to safety standards.
• Conduct basic life support (BLS) as needed and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on medical terminology, physiology knowledge, and relevant clinical practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in medical administrative support functions.
• Experience working with children and Immunization preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pediatric and adult medicine.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and appointments.
