Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Scheduling:
- Own and strategically manage the scheduling of patient visits, ensuring maximum efficiency and utilization of our onsite healthcare services.
- Proactively communicate with facilities to ensure smooth coordination and preparedness for each visit.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource limitations, and operational roadblocks.
- Expertly monitor and manage specialized lab cases (optometry, podiatry, dental, audiology).
- Collaborate with field teams and facility stakeholders to maintain a seamless flow of care.
- Develop tracking systems that ensure timely follow-ups and improved patient outcomes.
- Maintain and optimize comprehensive calendars, ensuring all facility visits and specialties align strategically.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and market performance.
