The Regional Associate Director supports the growth and smooth operation of our PACE partnerships, working closely with senior leadership while managing day-to-day execution.
The Associate Director plays a critical role in supporting provider teams, coordinating with facilities, and ensuring services are carried out effectively. This position is designed for leaders who want to grow into broader responsibilities while immediately driving operational consistency across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with facility leadership (quarterly visits required)
- Oversee provider and assistant success and retention
- Manage scheduling, dispatch, and emergency coverage
- Coordinate with Shared Services and Recruiting on labs, DME, and staffing
- Own grievance follow-up, visit execution, and local compliance
- Own P&L and cost control initiatives for the region
- Field team execution
- Net Days of Service Retention (Primary KPI)
- Facility Satisfaction
- Participant Satisfaction
- 4 years in multi-site operations or healthcare services
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset; experience with dashboard KPIs
- Mobile care, dental, or PACE/SNF background a strong plus
