Location: Statewide NM (Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Farmington, Gallup, Taos, Las Cruces, Roswell)
Schedule: 2–6 weekdays per month (Wed/Thu/Fri)
Compensation: $900 per visit

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to deliver high-quality vision care across multiple New Mexico communities. This is a clinic-based role where you'll function as an extension of established outpatient teams serving senior populations.

Travel Expectations
This is a traveling optometrist role. Candidates must be comfortable driving up to 4 hours to assigned clinic locations, which may include some or all of the following regions:
Albuquerque
Santa Fe
Farmington
Gallup
Taos
Las Cruces
Roswell

What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope
Prescribe corrective lenses and provide treatment recommendations
Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
Active New Mexico optometry license
Experience with senior populations preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments
Willingness to travel up to 4 hours to assigned clinics
Schedule
2–6 weekdays per month (Wednesday–Friday)
Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
No nights
No weekends
No billing or administrative responsibilities
