What You’ll Do
- Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and review medical histories
- Take and interpret dental X-rays
- Apply preventive treatments (fluoride, sealants)
- Perform periodontal charting and identify signs of oral disease
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff
- No production pressure
- No scheduling, billing, or admin responsibilities
- Fully supported by on-site clinical staff
- Mission-driven care model focused on underserved senior populations
- Predictable, flexible scheduling
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Kansas
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
- Experience in clinical or outpatient settings preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
- Comfortable working with senior populations
