Position: Part-Time Traveling Dentist

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Compensation: $900 per visit

Position Summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Traveling Dentist to join our mobile care team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys meaningful work, values flexibility, and prefers to focus on patient care without the administrative demands of traditional practice settings. You'll play a vital role in improving access to dental care for geriatric and underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and restorative procedures.
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in geriatric patients.
• Educate patients and facility staff on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety in a mobile or facility-based care setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold CMC's high standards of care.
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
• Active dental license in New Mexico.
• Experience with geriatric or mobile dentistry is preferred.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a variety of facility environments.
  
  

Schedule & Coverage Areas

• Schedule: 1â??4 visits per month, or as assigned
• Preferred Availability: Weekdays, Monday-Friday
• Typical Hours: 8:30 AM â?? 4:30 PM
• Coverage Areas Include: Nursing homes and Veteran homes, with some assisted living facilities in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho, Casa Blanca, Grants, Las Cruces, Santa Clara, and Truth or Consequences.
• Commitment: 1â??4 days per month, depending on your availability.
