Position Summary:
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our dental team serving in a senior outpatient clinic in Orlando, FL. As a Dental Assistant for CMC, you'll bring dental care directly to seniors who often have limited access to dentistry. It's hands-on, meaningful work to support your community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist chairside for general dentistry
- Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment
- Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported, and informed
- Complete basic documentation, charting and administrative tasks
- Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability
Qualifications:
- 3 years of chairside Dental Assisting experience preferred
- Certified/Registered Dental Assistant
- Active Radiation Certificate
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control procedures
- Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License
- Able to lift and transport dental equipment (25–50 lbs)
- Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
- Professional, punctual, and able to work independently
Schedule:
- 2-3 days per week
- Typical hours: 8am - 4:30pm
- Weekday availability
- No nights
- No weekends
