Comprehensive Medical Home Care is seeking a Full time Home Health Registered Nurse to work in the Luzerne county and surrounding areas. GREAT PAY RATES!!! Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a home health setting, including Wound Care, Catheterization and Foley management, IV insertion, Phlebotomy, and tube feeding.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all Home Health regulations and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Prior Home Health experience preferred but not required.
- Skills that may include skilled comprehensive assessments, wound care, Phlebotomy, IV Management and willingness to work with others in a professional environment.
- Communicates well with others.
- Responsible and Professional at all times.
