Schedule/ Shift: Monday to Friday 8AM – 4PM
Travel Requirements: Initial travel to other sites for training
Over Time: Possible weekends

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and kitting activities
- Provide direction and leadership to all personnel, including CDL drivers
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure on-time shipments and avoid delays
- Manage and execute the cycle count process to maintain 100% inventory accuracy
- Participate in full physical (“4-wall”) inventories as required
- Track and maintain key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, morale, and environmental standards
- Train team members on processes, procedures, and best practices
- Respond quickly to operational issues to minimize disruption and maintain workflow
- Background in materials management, logistics, or supply chain
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years leading or supervising hourly employees
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Working knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to train and develop team members
- Demonstrated “first responder” mindset with the ability to act quickly in critical situations
