POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise CMA personnel. Monitor the operation of CMA equipment and systems.
- Ensure that material is shipped to the customer on time.
- Determine the need for Hot Shot material and ensure that the Five Alarm Process is initiated and executed.
- Manage the shipping and receiving systems.
- Coordinate activities with other departments. Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
- Responsible for On-the-Job Training of Material Movement Team Members.
- Appraises the performance of Material Movement Team Members.
- Rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
- Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drive the company’s Continuous Improvement Process and Policies.
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Minimum of a high school Diploma
- Good written and oral communication
- Warehousing and Shipping/Receiving experience (Required)
- Supervisor/ Leadership/ Management experience (Required)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM- 11:30 PM
Location: Avon, Ohio
Travel Requirements: None
Over Time: Ability to support Over Time hours as needed in support of Operations
