We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and MATURE Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who can provide exceptional patient service and support. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
**Patient Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone. Provide friendly and professional service, answering inquiries about treatments, pricing, and scheduling.
**Appointment Management:** Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Coordinate with practitioners to optimize appointment availability.
**Patient Education:** Educate patients about available treatments, procedures, and aftercare. Ensure patients have a thorough understanding of the process and what to expect.
**Records Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, medical histories, and consent forms. Ensure compliance with all privacy regulations.
**Treatment Coordination:** Work closely with medical staff to coordinate treatments and follow-up care. Assist with pre- and post-procedure instructions and ensure patients are comfortable and informed.
**Billing and Payments:** Manage patient billing, process payments, and handle insurance verifications. Address any billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
**Patient Follow-Up:** Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain long-term relationships with patients to promote retention and referrals.
**Administrative Support:** Assist with daily office operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
**Qualifications:**
- TWO YEARS of Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or similar role in a medical or aesthetic practice.
- Strong understanding of medical and aesthetic terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other office software.
- Mature and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.
