We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients across Northern Nevada. This role is ideal for caregivers looking for flexible hours and meaningful work in home care and home health.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home patient care based on individualized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and basic exercises
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and care notes
- Work collaboratively with nurses and care coordinators
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- CPR certification
- Experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
