(CES) offers traffic engineering design (signalization, lighting, signing and pavement markings), signal system analysis/design, roadway design, stormwater engineering design and studies, hydraulic analysis, traffic engineering studies, and utility coordination services throughout Florida.

Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree
- Should be graduating between December 2027 and December 2028
- Must have an interest in Transportation design
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel)
- CADD experience a plus
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
- Self-motivated, conscientious, and willing to learn
Job Description
- Assisting engineering staff in the development of engineering plans, studies and performing field investigations
* The development of engineering plans will include creating and editing CADD files using Open Roads Designer (ORD) and determining plan quantities for bidding purposes.
*The development of studies shall include data reduction/processing using Microsoft Excel, report preparations using Microsoft Word and providing CADD assistance for the creation of graphics/exhibits
*Field investigation tasks may include obtaining field measurements, traffic data collection and engineering evaluations
- Position will also include attending in-office coordination meetings and possibly client meetings
