SUMMARY:
The Refrigeration Field Supervisor serves as the direct supervisor for a group of (13) or more HVAC/R Field Technicians in the Central Florida Region. The Supervisor will be vital in ensuring CES' successful approach with a large, high-demand State-wide HVAC/R service contract.
Assists department leadership with coaching and mentoring of department technicians with the delivery of customer satisfaction and following operational processes. Providing technical support and assist with technical development for technicians. Ensures work is being performed in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics. Assists Operations staff and Manager(s) in scheduling and job coordination.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that all duties of this position and those of team members reporting to this position are carried out in compliance with CES stated mission, vision, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Supervises and maintains CES Customer 24 hour response commitment.
- Assists in managing tool inventory for vehicles and warehouse as required.
- Meets with new and existing customers for service quality control

Evaluating and performing a wide range of system repairs. Including but not limited to:
- Lennox Roof Top Units (6) Tons to (12.5) Tons
- Master-Bilt, Hussmann and Trenton Racks and Evaporators
- Silver King, Randall, Southern CaseArts, Beverage Air, and Kairak Self-Contained equipment.
- Danfoss, Master-Bilt, and KE2 Controllers
- Distech Building Automation
Other Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical school, Bachelors in related area/ or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current Florida driver license
- 15 years of customer service experience
- 8 years experience in HVAC, Refrigeration Service Field.
- Ability to lead, manage, mentor and inspire others.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
