What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Psychotherapist-LCSW/LPC position at Comprehensive Counseling Services LLC?
Our group practice is seeking a part-time or full-time (3-5 day/week) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents and adults. Although fully licensed providers are preferred, psychotherapists in training towards full licensure (APSW, LPC-IT) with applicable clinical experience will be considered and supervision provided as part of employment. This position will involve providing psychotherapy in the local high school (as part of our collaboration with the Port Washington School District) to high school aged clients as well as providing therapy in our office. This is a great opportunity to develop your own clinical practice within our group setting. Special consideration will be given to candidates who also offer additional clinical specializations and have experience evaluating and treating children (under age 13) and couples/marriages.
Candidates must have:
- WI State Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Experience evaluating/treating adolescents, adults & couples/family therapy
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Our clinic consists of a collaborative and experienced team of psychotherapists. We provide a collegial atmosphere with other experienced clinicians, nicely furnished/decorated offices, and administrative support including billing and credentialing for insurance panels. Our providers maintain a diversified payer mix and receive a competitive rate of reimbursement for psychotherapy services. Pay is based on percentage of commissions from insurance receivables.
