- Assist nursing staff with clinical questions, patient concerns, care planning, and appropriate escalation of medical issues.
- Support new and existing staff through training, education, mentoring, and reinforcement of established clinical procedures.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Assist with ensuring appropriate follow-up of intake findings, provider orders, medication needs, chronic care concerns, and other identified clinical issues.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with nursing staff, providers, mental health professionals, correctional staff, facility leadership, and 3C management.
