Job Summary
The Yoga/Mindfulness Instructor is responsible for leading group yoga sessions that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This role requires expertise in various yoga styles and techniques, meditation, breathwork, and movement to reduce stress, improve focus, boost well-being, creating safe spaces by leading sessions, adapting techniques, requiring strong communication and empathy. The instructor should encourage participants to improve strength and mindfulness while respecting individual limitations.
Required Qualifications
This is a per diem position. 3 hours per week.
Payment for instructing services are based on fee for service.

Required Qualifications
- Certified yoga instructor (e.g., Yoga Alliance RYT 200 or equivalent)
- Ability to perform multiple yoga styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative)
- Ability to lead diverse groups
- CPR/AED certification is a plus
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Bilingual in Spanish; preferred
