About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Support Specialists. In this role, you will work directly with older clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing one-on-one support to help them build independence, communication, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD in home and/or community settings
- Implement individualized behavior plans under supervision
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required)
- Experience in caregiving, education, or human services preferred but not required
- Comfortable working with toddlers, older children, teens, and/or adults with ASD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification (if not already certified — we can help guide you)

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
