Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with pawn transactions, loan processing, and product inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Evaluate items for collateral value, accurately appraise merchandise, and explain loan options clearly
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management duties
• Maintain accurate records using retail math and basic math skills to ensure proper documentation of transactions
• Utilize financial software to process loans, payments, and inventory updates efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting store services and merchandise to maximize sales opportunities

Skills

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in retail sales or banking is highly desirable but not required
• Knowledge of financial services, loan processing, and cash handling procedures
• Proficiency in retail math, basic math calculations, and typing for accurate transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
