Experience Focus

• 7 years in full-lifecycle software development for containerized, VM, and cloud-based architectures across multiple security domains (U, S, TS) using Agile.
• 4 years applying DevSecOps with automated security tools (SAST/DAST/SCA/container scanners) as CI/CD gates in highly regulated DoD pipelines (e.g., OSA).
• 3 years engineering and troubleshooting interoperable systems in DDIL, afloat, and ashore PaaS environments (e.g., Navy ACS, USMC CHE, FVEY architectures).
