Role Overview:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of Compoveda Tequila across digital, retail, and on-premise channels. This individual will act as the brand’s champion—ensuring consistency across touch-points, building partnerships, and identifying opportunities to elevate Compoveda within the ultra-premium tequila category.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Define and execute Compoveda’s brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across channels.
- Ensure consistency of tone, look, and feel across all consumer touch-points.

Marketing & Growth:
- Develop and manage annual marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Oversee content creation, PR, events, and digital campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.

Trade & Retail Activation:
- Build and execute retail and distributor programs, including in-store activations, point-of-sale materials, and promotions.
- Support sales teams with tools, presentations, and trade education materials.

Events & Partnerships:
- Plan and manage brand events, tastings, sponsorships, and collaborations to drive awareness and trial.
- Identify partnership opportunities with lifestyle, hospitality, and cultural organizations aligned with the Compoveda brand.

Business & Market Insights:
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform strategies. Track brand health, sales data, and market share to measure performance against goals.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (spirits, wine, or luxury/lifestyle industries preferred).
- Strong understanding of the U.S. alcohol/spirits industry, including three-tier distribution.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand values into impactful campaigns.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and comfort using insights to guide decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Passion for Tequila and premium spirits.
