The Compounding Pharmacy of America is one of the nation's leading PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacies. We partner with physicians across the country to provide customized medications that help patients when commercially available options aren't enough.
We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative who enjoys talking with physicians and medical offices, building long-term relationships, and growing business through excellent communication and follow-through.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and office staff
- Make outbound calls to prospective healthcare providers
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and physician inquiries
- Educize providers on our compounding services and customized medications
- Identify opportunities to help practices improve patient care through compounding
- Maintain detailed notes and activities in our CRM
- Coordinate with pharmacists and customer service to ensure exceptional provider support
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Develop long-term referral relationships with medical practices

Preferred Qualifications
- Inside sales or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Healthcare or medical office experience
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong computer skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Employment Type: Full-Time
- Base: $50,000 Plus Commission
- OTE: $100,000 and up for a top performer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
