About the Role
We're looking for a relationship-focused Regional Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our current members within an assigned territory. This is a true account management role — no new business hunting required. Instead, you'll make sure the same energy and attention a member felt when they first joined continues throughout their entire relationship with CPA. That means showing up, saying thank you, getting to know everyone on the pharmacy team (not just the owner), and being a familiar, trusted face members can count on.
You'll also serve as their guide through our growing portfolio of support solutions designed to help their business run more smoothly. Our members need someone who truly understands what's available, what's already included in their membership, and how to put it to work for them. You'll be that person — listening, explaining, connecting, and helping members get real value out of everything CPA offers.
What You'll Do
- Manage a defined territory of member accounts, maintaining consistent, ongoing communication with owners, managers, and staff throughout the life of the membership
- Conduct in-person visits with your accounts, averaging two visits per account per year, bringing genuine appreciation and interest to each one
- Build relationships across the entire pharmacy team, not just the primary decision-maker
- Develop deep, working knowledge of CPA's full lineup of support solutions and clearly explain what's included in their current membership
- Identify opportunities to get members engaged with and enrolled in additional solutions that fit their business needs
- Help members achieve measurable business outcomes by ensuring they're using available resources effectively
- Provide prompt, professional follow-up on member service needs and questions
- Document visits, notes, and opportunities in the CRM to maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member issues and support onboarding, retention, and engagement efforts
- Plan efficient travel routes to maintain a strong, consistent field presence
- Share updates and insights on territory activity with leadership
- Represent CPA® at industry events and networking opportunities
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of field account or territory management experience, ideally within the pharmacy or healthcare industry
- A genuine, relationship-first mindset — someone who enjoys checking in on people, not just accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with members and their teams
- A problem-solving mindset paired with high standards of performance and ethics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong self-initiative
- Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Quick learner who can absorb a broad and growing solution set and explain it clearly to members
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with the ability and willingness to travel frequently, including overnight, for member visits, meetings, and events
Why Join Us
This role offers the opportunity to build genuine, lasting relationships with the members you support — without the pressure of new business development. If you enjoy being out in the field, showing people they're valued, and helping them get the most out of the tools already available to them, you'll find real purpose here. We offer the autonomy to manage your own territory, backed by a collaborative team invested in your success.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
