Full-Time | In-Office | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan

We’re currently seeking a professional, friendly, and motivated Customer Focused Representative to join our in-office team and serve as a key point of contact for our valued customers and sales partners.

- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right compliance products and training solutions
- Act as a liaison between direct customers and our external sales representatives
- Generate and send invoices for select training products with accuracy and timeliness
- Schedule product demos and ensure all follow-up communication is handled effectively
- Track communications and order history to ensure consistent and high-quality service
- Fulfill customer orders, including online training orders, and support order fulfillment for other departments when needed
- Provide general administrative support and cross-train with other team members to maintain smooth operations during absences or busy periods
- Pitch in where needed, whether that’s shipping, stocking, or stepping into other roles temporarily
- Stay up to date on our full suite of products, training options, and pricing
- Uphold a standard of professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional service in every interaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A professional, customer-first mindset with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries at once
- Willingness to learn about compliance products and confidently speak about them with customers
- Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to being present in-office each weekday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
