We are looking for a responsible Office Administrative Assistant to join our team 3 days a week (15 hours). Duties of the Office Administrative Assistant include providing support to our trainers and assisting in daily office needs. Office Administrative Assistant responsibilities include answering the phone, confirm appointments, schedule appointments and typing various documents. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. If you have previous experience and like working administration in a small office, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Office Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Additional Opportunity: deliver books to clients (paid set amount per day)
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails to clients and trainers
- Organizing and typing master chemical list for dental offices
Skills
- Experience as an office admin assistant
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience with Microsoft Word
We are looking to add to our team by June 1st. Additional hours periodically available to cover other admin team members.
