Compliance Safety Supply – Denver, CO (Hybrid) - Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Compliance Safety Supply is a rapidly growing provider of on-site OSHA compliance services, including audiometric testing, respirator fit testing, noise level surveys, and air monitoring. We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator who can support both our customer acquisition efforts and our internal operations as we scale nationwide.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing customer interaction with behind-the-scenes operational support. You will work directly with company leadership, play a key role in shaping our customer experience, and have meaningful opportunities for career advancement within our fast-growing organization.
The Sales & Operations Coordinator will:
- Respond to new inbound leads, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the onboarding process.
- Support internal operational workflows to ensure our Safety Specialists are fully prepared for on-site testing at client locations across the U.S.
- Communicate with customers before and after their scheduled services to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic initiatives and operational projects as the company expands.

Customer & Sales Support
- Provide friendly, professional, high-quality customer service.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, generate accurate service quotes, and cross-sell additional services when applicable.
- Answer customer questions throughout the sales and post-booking process, ensuring clients feel supported and confident in our services.
- Build rapport with customers through clear, engaging phone and email communication.
Operations Coordination
- Accurately capture and update customer order details within Salesforce and internal operational systems.
- Coordinate service logistics and support the scheduling of on-site Safety Specialists visits.
- Prepare pre-test communications and deliver post-test reporting to customers.
- Assist with internal operational tasks and special projects as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or operations.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and Salesforce preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA compliance or workplace safety is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pay Range: $24-$27/hour
