Temp Compliance Officer Requires

• 2 months project
• Tallahassee, Orlando, Doral Fl
• Communicate verbally and in writing appropriately
• Read and interrupt Florida statutes
• Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Commit to the project time line
  
  

DUTIES

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
• Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue. Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST
• Advise complainant of the Division's jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason
• Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate
• Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
• Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa. Document the actions in the OnBase system.
