Job Title: Electrical Technician / Facilities Technician
Location: Warsaw, IN
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Technician / Facilities Technician to support facility electrical installations, maintenance, and general building projects. This is not a traditional electrical engineering or design role. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with electrical installations, wiring, conduit, and facility maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, run, and size electrical wiring.
- Install and work with electrical conduit and bus bars.
- Perform electrical installation and maintenance tasks.
- Support day-to-day facility maintenance activities.
- Assist with general maintenance and handyman projects as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable electrical standards.
- Collaborate with facility and maintenance teams to support ongoing projects.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with electrical installation and maintenance.
- Experience running and sizing electrical wiring.
- Knowledge of conduit installation and bus bar systems.
- Experience in industrial facilities, manufacturing, or building maintenance.
- Ability to perform general maintenance and facility support tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Electrical Technician, Facilities Technician, Maintenance Electrician, or Industrial Electrician.
- Technical or trade school education, Associate degree, or Electrical Technician certification.
- Experience supporting facility improvement or maintenance projects.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a hands-on electrical professional, not a design engineer. Candidates with experience in electrical installation, facility maintenance, and industrial electrical work are strongly preferred.
