We are seeking to add a Reserve Study Data Entry person to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
- Basic Phone Skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Google Earth

We are a leading reserve company located in Las Vegas. We conduct business throughout the United States. We are looking for a candidate to respond to our project locations for a site visit. This would include photographs that would be downloaded and sent back to us, on site measurements and inventory, detailed notes and communication with managers. This would remote work in the bay area to mainly include San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland and surrounding areas.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
