What You’ll Do
- Support merchandising initiatives, special projects, research efforts, and pop-up activations
- Maintain ongoing communication by following up with clients and vendors as needed
- Track and organize sales pitches from initial outreach through closing and execution
- Attend internal and external meetings, providing the Music Partnerships team with detailed notes and clear action items
- Develop proficiency in key platforms used by Complex, including Klaviyo, Algolia, Shopify, and Airtable
- Create compelling presentation decks tailored for music partners
- Input and maintain data into company tools such as Airtable, Salesforce and Slack
- Support multiple daily product launches by working closely with the E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Content teams to ensure complete and accurate product information is available to all
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to find timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges
