CompleteRx is excited to share a part-time (3 days per week) or full-time (4 days per week) Pharmacy Technician opportunity at Moore County Hospital District, a 25-bed acute care hospital located in Dumas, Texas.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position (32 hours/week): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (4 days per week)
- Part-Time position (24 hours/week): Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (3 days per week)
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The pharmacy is closed during evenings and on weekends.

What You Will Do
- Ensures procurement and distribution of drug orders.
- Identifies and fills replacement medications on emergency crash carts, OR carts, and floor stock accurately.
- Prepares sterile products (including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition) accurately.
- Delivers medications and supplies to patient care and ancillary areas accurately.
- Rotates stock to ensure use before the expiration date.
- Picks up orders, requisitions, and medications for return from patient care areas when on delivery rounds.
- Enters charges and credits for patient medications accurately.
- Identifies and replaces outdated and unusable drugs.
What You Will Need
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of pharmacy technician experience is preferred.
- Possess current pharmacy technician registration in the State of Texas.
- Possess current National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Possess I.V. Certification or willing to obtain it within six months of your hire date.
- Successful completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician training course is preferred.
