On - Site Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist (On Site) is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance of Completeful managed online stores across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, and other marketplaces. This role includes designing, creating and updating product listings, handling customer service inquiries through email, creating storefront marketing content, and helping ensure that product information and visual assets remain accurate and consistent.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and a strong problem solver who can think critically and find effective solutions. The Marketing Specialist will also assist with marketing assets, content creation, search and product trend research, and strategies that improve product visibility and store performance.

No specific e-commerce platform experience is required for the right candidate; we value strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.

• Technically inclined and comfortable learning and working across multiple e-commerce platforms and software systems.
• Experience with, or a willingness to learn and incorporate AI tools into everyday work tasks and workflows.
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate professionally and resolve problems effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple tasks and platforms
• Ability to manage competing priorities and recurring tasks across multiple stores.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or Etsy is a plus.
• Basic understanding of marketplace SEO, keywords, search behavior, and the factors that influence product discoverability.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, product presentation, and current trends
• Familiarity with Canva, basic image-editing tools, AI tools, or similar creative resources a plus.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles, including color, layout, balance, typography, and brand consistency.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good visual judgment and ability to recognize professional, high-quality product imagery
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work while maintaining consistency and accuracy
• Ability to use performance data, competitive research, and trend information to make practical recommendations.
• Strong judgment and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a small team.
• Market awareness and an interest in e-commerce, consumer trends, and personalized products.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
• Ability to view detailed images, colors, text, and on-screen data for quality assurance.
