Seasonal Jewelry Sander

The Seasonal Jewelry Sander is responsible for sanding and smoothing laser-cut personalized jewelry pieces to remove sharp edges, burrs, or surface imperfections. This role is essential to ensuring each product is safe, smooth, and ready for electroplating. It requires a steady hand, attention to fine detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Training may begin with reduced hours, and schedules expand as production ramps up toward peak.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable working with small, delicate parts and fine tools.
• Ability to identify and correct surface imperfections.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist other departments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in jewelry making, sanding or metalwoking preferred
• Ability to lift up to 15–20 pounds occasionally
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Strong visual acuity for working with small, detailed items
