This is a level 1-2 support desk position troubleshooting a variety of desktop support issues. The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills. Day-to-day duties will include remote and on-site technical support for our customers. Candidate must have an entrepreneurial attitude and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Familiarity with network cabling
- Understanding TCP/IP Networking

- Candidate should live in the Pasadena area and be able to travel to Central/North LA
- Candidate must be willing to work overtime and be on call.
