Our team handles DJ, photography, videography, photo booths, and coordination services for both weddings and events.
We’re hiring a part-time office administrator to help keep our office running smoothly while supporting our creative and client-facing work. This role blends administrative tasks with light creative and social media responsibilities, with a flexible schedule.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Monitor and clear email inbox
- Assist with client communication and follow-ups
- Design simple photo booth graphics using Canva
- Support social media posting and content organization
- Review photo and video work for quality control
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
- Strong computer literacy
- Basic Canva or design experience
- Interest or background in photography or videography (preferred, not required)
- Ability to work Saturdays regularly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective phone etiquette skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Personal assistant or office support experience preferred but not required
Pay: $15.00 per hour
