Then this job may be for you! We are currently hiring cashiers/retail customer service professionals who can work for our Johnstown Location.
Complete Vapors is a retail storefront operation providing adults access to hand selected vape and alternative products. The products you will be offering to our customers include vapor (nicotine) products, CBD, smoke shop, and alternative devices and products.
Complete Vapors has been in business since 2016, and currently has five locations across Western Pennsylvania. We are passionate about helping people switch from combustible cigarettes to vapor products, and are also passionate about alternative supplements such as CBD and Kratom.

Job description:
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers’ purchases.
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
- Processes return transactions.
- Itemizes and totals purchases by recording prices, departments, taxable and nontaxable items; and operating a cash register.
- Discounts purchases by redeeming coupons.
- Collects payments and makes change for cash customers.
- Balances the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.
- Provides pricing information by answering questions.
- Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Verify, input, and merchandise incoming shipments of products.
Work/Education Requirements
- Previous retail experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of vape/alternative products preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in sales preferred
- Must be available 7 days per week, however, we do our best to be flexible to every team member(s) needs.'
- Reliable transportation to our Johnstown and Ebensburg location.
