Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers—both in-store and online
- Understand and communicate trailer features, upgrades, and custom options
- Prepare and present accurate quotes to customers
- Manage and follow up on leads using CRM tools
- Provide product and order updates with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate with service, delivery, and operations teams to meet customer expectations
- Ensure the showroom and trailer lot are organized and presentable
Qualifications:
- 2 years in sales or customer service in a similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and quoting tools
- High level of self-motivation and teamwork
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
