Drug Screen Collector and Customer Service

About Us Complete Testing Solutions supplies drug testing cups and supplies to treatment centers, employers, and clinics nationwide. We also run a walk-in collection counter out of our Chandler office. What You'll Do Collect urine specimens for drug screens, walk-ins and scheduled appointments. Between collections, be part of our customer service team: answering phones, taking orders, helping customers. Enter results and notes accurately in our CRM and follow our standard procedures. Support the front office with general tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Here's the deal: we will fully train you on every collection procedure. You don't need any drug testing experience. What we can't train is personality. Great on the phone, clear, friendly, professional. A real personality, someone people enjoy talking to. Computer literate, you will navigate a CRM daily. Detail-oriented and able to follow directions precisely. Reliable, on time, comfortable in a small-office team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; can pass a background check. Training All collection procedures are 100% trainable. Paid, hands-on training on all drug screen collection steps, our CRM, and office processes.
