Warehouse Lead

Warehouse & Inventory Team Lead
Location: Burlington, MA
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm
 
Job Description:

• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, and ERP/WMS transactions
• Handle shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of materials/products
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, etc.)
• Monitor expired/obsolete inventory and support warehouse organization/process improvements
• Maintain safety standards and support daily warehouse operations/team leadership

Job Requirements:

• 4 years of warehouse experience (medical device preferred)
• ERP/WMS experience required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 required
• Leadership/training experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties

Pay Rate:

• $34/ hour
