Marlborough, MA

Hours

Full time hours

Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5pm

Job Description

Manage receiving, shipping, packing, and inventory control using barcode scanners, WMS, and related systems
Load/unload trucks, prepare pallets/skids, handle expedited freight, and meet shipping schedules
Perform inventory counts, quality checks, audits, and maintain accurate documentation
Operate warehouse equipment safely; maintain cleanliness and follow SOPs and safety standards
Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams; drive box truck for deliveries as needed
Support warehouse process improvements and productivity initiatives

Job Requirements

Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods
Current forklift operator license/certification required; prior forklift safety certifications preferred
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills

Pay Rate

$18-19/ hour

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
