Multi-Site Assistant Property Manager
Bridgeport, CT
Full-Time | $25-27/hour Aggressive Leasing Bonus Program
Join a growing property management team overseeing a portfolio of market-rate apartment communities in the Bridgeport area. We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations, leasing efforts, and resident experience across multiple properties.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of a multi-site apartment portfolio.
- Show apartments, conduct tours, and convert prospects into residents.
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins.
- Collect rent, monitor delinquencies, and maintain accurate resident accounts.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain resident files and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Support marketing initiatives and occupancy goals while providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- 2 years of apartment management or leasing experience.
- Experience with market-rate communities preferred.
- Strong leasing, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with property management software such as Appfolio is a plus.
- Ability to travel between properties as needed.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
